At Sundar Collection, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

    • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

    • The product delivered does not match the item description or pictures.


📅 Refund Request Time Frame

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.

  • Any complaints after this period will not be entertained.


📦 Refund Process

  1. Contact Us:
    Email us at sundar.collection420@gmail.com or WhatsApp 0321-7786420 with your:

    • Order number

    • Clear pictures/video of the item

    • Description of the issue

  2. Review:
    Our team will review your claim within 2 working days.

  3. Decision:

    • If approved, you will receive a refund via bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa within 5 to 7 working days.

    • If rejected, you will be notified with a valid reason.


Non-Refundable Conditions

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Minor color or fabric variation due to screen or lighting differences.

  • Size issues (Please refer to the size chart before ordering).

  • Change of mind after order placement.

  • Late complaint beyond the 48-hour window.


🔁 Exchange Option

If eligible, we may offer exchange instead of a refund in certain cases. Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the mistake is on our end.


⚠️ Note

  • Parcels must be returned unused, unwashed, and with original packaging.

  • Refunds will only be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
