✅ Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

• You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
• The product delivered does not match the description or images


📅 Refund Request Time Frame

• You must report any issues within 48 hours of receiving your parcel
• Complaints received after this period will not be entertained

    Our team will review your claim within 2 working days

  2. Decision:
    • If approved, refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa within 5–7 working days
    • If rejected, you will be notified with a valid reason


❌ Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available for:

• Minor color or fabric differences due to screen or lighting
 Size issues (Please refer to our size chart before ordering)
 Change of mind after order placement
• Complaints submitted after 48 hours


🔁 Exchange Option

In certain cases, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund.

 Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the error is on our side

• Returned parcels must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
• Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected
